BumpInvoice (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by Xenthos LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our invoice payment reminder service at bumpinvoice.com.
By using BumpInvoice, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Account information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and business name.
Payment and invoice data: We access invoice and payment data from your connected payment processor (Stripe) through OAuth. This includes invoice amounts, due dates, customer email addresses, and payment statuses. We do not store your full payment card details — these remain with Stripe.
Usage data: We collect information about how you use BumpInvoice, including pages visited, features used, and reminder sequences configured.
Communications: We store reminder messages sent on your behalf to track delivery and status.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies used to maintain your session.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.
Invoice and reminder data may be retained for up to 12 months after account deletion for fraud prevention and dispute resolution purposes.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage, and access controls. We do not store payment card information — all card data is handled directly by Stripe.
No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your data using commercially reasonable means.

BumpInvoice is a business service and is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
